December 2005

Played 5 SnG’s tonight, finished 1st in 1, for a $27 win; however, I didn’t money in the other 4, making tonight a net of $3 up.  Woot.  Or something.  What can I say, I had a set of Queens get beat by a river straight, and had my pocket A’s beaten by a set of 9’s.  Just bad luck, vairnece, bad beats, however you want to look at it.
On a good note, I think I’m playing better, I’ve gotten more agressive, so that tends to do well in these low limit buyins.  The downside is I have to be picky on which hands to play.  A good article about how I try to play this stuff now.
